SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We will endeavor to ship the product as soon as possible, but at the very least within 48 hours.
The devices come inside a ziplock pouch which we will send in an envelope.
We ship using standard postal service.
return & exchange policy
If the product is defective or damaged we will replace it free of charge, but you must first send us back the damaged device with a note with your name, address, and indicating what is the problem.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
